Ordering Instructions

Choose the products you want to order

To place an order, we need the quantity/size breakdown and color codes of the products, as well as what you'd like printed on them. Please send your artwork at the same time so we can calculate the price and prepare a quote.

Materials

Through us you can choose from a wide range of products from different manufacturers, including T-shirts, hoodies, pants, jackets, beanies and caps. We can point you to and advise you on manufacturers' websites for the products you want. We aim to use recycled or responsibly grown cotton products.

Artwork

Print quality is directly related to the artwork provided. If possible, please send us vector artwork (PDF, EPS, AI, SVG) to guarantee the best result. For color shades other than black or white, we need a PMS color code so we can mix the shade correctly. The minimum resolution for bitmap images is 300dpi. We're happy to help with artwork and any related questions.

Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 2 weeks (from when the artwork and products are received). Some products may take longer to arrive to us, e.g. due to stock availability — we'll let you know separately if that's the case. Packages are either delivered directly to your door via courier, or can be picked up from service points and parcel lockers. 

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, orders are invoiced as an online, email, or paper invoice according to the payment terms agreed with the customer and stated in the order confirmation. Our customer service team will request the necessary details as the order progresses.
